1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Zone Compare (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of service

Zone Compare is an informational tool that scores and ranks UAE & GCC free zones based on user-provided inputs. The Service is provided by Zone Compare for general information purposes only.

Zone Compare does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or company formation services. Nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation to establish a company in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of zone data (costs, visa allowances, activity categories, setup timelines). However:

• Free zone fees, policies, and regulations change frequently. We cannot guarantee that all information is current at the time of your visit.
• Each zone profile shows a confidence level (High / Medium / Low) and the date the data was last verified.
• Before making any business or financial decision, you must independently verify all information directly with the relevant free zone authority.
• Zone Compare accepts no liability for decisions made based on information provided by this Service.

4. Commercial independence

Zone Compare does not have affiliate relationships with free zones or their registered agents, and does not earn a commission on the zone you choose. No zone pays for placement or ranking.

Our scoring algorithm is applied consistently to all zones and is never influenced by commercial relationships. Should we introduce any commercial links in future, they will be clearly disclosed and will not affect scoring or rankings.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute zone data without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm for commercial purposes
• Submit false or misleading information in advisory enquiry forms
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

6. Intellectual property

The Zone Compare scoring methodology, zone rankings, editorial content, and website design are the property of Zone Compare. You may share individual results pages with attribution (linking to the source URL). Commercial reproduction of our data without permission is prohibited.

Zone names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their display does not imply endorsement of Zone Compare by the relevant zone authority.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zone Compare and Zone Compare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from decisions made based on zone data
• Costs incurred in setting up a free zone company
• Regulatory actions arising from reliance on our information
• Third-party actions taken by free zones or their agents

Our total liability to you shall not exceed USD 100 in any circumstances.

8. Third-party websites

Zone Compare contains links to free zone websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of those external sites. Visiting a third-party site is at your own risk.

9. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
